Return Guidelines
You have 30 days after delivery to send back items you’re not satisfied with. To start a return, please email us at support@wellness-territory.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact. Returns after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Return Items

  • Pack carefully: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Shipping costs: Customers cover the cost of returning items.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and confirm it meets the return conditions. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method, usually within 7 days. Restocking fees do not apply.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
