- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EDT are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time start processing the next business day.
- Processing Duration: Orders are prepared within 0-1 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Shipping Estimates: Once dispatched, deliveries reach customers within 6-9 business days (Monday-Friday). Please note this is an estimate and minor delays may occur due to unforeseen events.
- Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for complimentary delivery.
How Orders Are Handled
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it and have started processing. Preparation takes 0-1 business days, though times can vary during peak seasons. Once your order is on its way, we’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor its journey.
After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery happens within 6-9 business days, but timing can vary based on your location, courier operations, or other logistical factors.

In Case of Delays
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days and check your tracking information. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@wellness-territory.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Email us immediately at support@wellness-territory.com. We can usually cancel orders before they’re processed or shipped. Once processing has started or the package is on the way, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return procedure will need to be followed after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Although we take great care with packaging and quality control, mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos of the issue (including packaging) and send them to support@wellness-territory.com. We’ll review the situation and promptly send a replacement or correct your order to ensure you’re satisfied.
